Our Role & Installation Process

Pre-Construction Review & Coordination
We review engineered drawings, loop layouts, and project schedules while coordinating with the GC, engineer, and HVAC contractor. This ensures site access, logistics, and scope alignment before work begins.
Site Preparation & Loop Installation
Depending on the project, we carry out or coordinate drilling and trenching operations for vertical or horizontal loop fields, or installation of submerged loops for lake/pond systems. HDPE geothermal piping is installed according to design specifications and site conditions.
Fusion Welding & Circuit Connectivity
All geothermal piping is professionally fused to create leak-free, long-lasting connections. Individual circuits are connected and routed as required to ensure proper flow and system balance.
Pressure Testing & Verification
Installed loops are pressure tested to confirm system integrity and compliance with project requirements before backfilling or submersion is completed.
Backfill, Site Remediation & Restoration
Once testing is complete, trenches or boreholes are backfilled, and the site is restored from rough grade back to original or specified grading, minimizing long-term impact on the property.
Flush, Purge & Fill
Using professional flush-cart equipment, the loop system is flushed, purged of air and debris, and filled with the correct fluid mixture to ensure optimal heat transfer, freeze protection, and system longevity.
System Tie-In & Commissioning Support
We coordinate with the HVAC contractor during final connection and commissioning to ensure a smooth system startup and seamless integration with the geothermal heat pump.
